Liverpool > advice & services
In Liverpool, we provide independent, high quality and impartial advice to refugee and asylum seeking families through our One Stop Shop advice service, which has been awarded the Legal Services Commission Quality Mark.
This includes advice on accommodation, education and health issues, racial harassment and domestic violence, support difficulties (including difficulties with the National Asylum Support Service) and destitution, community care needs and social services issues. We provide both in-depth advice and signposting and referral services to individuals and agencies.
Our advice services are offered on an appointment, drop-in and outreach basis and interpreting facilities are provided for our clients. We run a weekly outreach advice surgery at a medical center in North Liverpool.
Opening Hours:
Monday and Tuesday 10am - 4pm
Wednesday closed except for new arrivals
Thursday and Friday 10am - 4pm
Training for other agencies
We offer training on various issues to agencies who wish to work with asylum seekers and refugees.
