What can we help with?
- Liaison with the Induction Centre in Dover for emergency accommodation if you’re eligible
- For those on NASS support, health certificates, travel warrants and other grants, problems with your ARC card, and problems with your accommodation provider
- Applications for NASS support
- Appeals against NASS decisions regarding your support
- Advice on your options if your asylum application has failed
What can't we help with?
- your asylum application or asylum appeal. This must be done by your legal representative.
- we can't provide food, clothing, accommodation or money.

We hold a drop-in service every Monday (excluding bank holidays) in Southampton at the Neighbourhood Advice Centre, The Ropewalk, 53 Derby Road, Southampton SO14 0DJ.
